Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Please carefully review the cancellation and refund policy outlined below, which applies to all cancellations of registrations and transactions with Inforledge Learning & Development:

1. Cancellation by Participant:
• Cancellations must be communicated in writing to Inforledge Learning & Development.
• Cancellations received at least eight (8) days prior to the conference will result in a 90% credit of the contract fee. An administration fee of 10% will be retained.
• No credit will be issued for cancellations within seven (7) days (inclusive) of the conference.
2. Event Cancellation by Inforledge:
• In the event that Inforledge Learning & Development cancels an event for any reason, participants will receive a 100% credit of the contract fee paid.
• The credit can be used for another Inforledge event to be mutually agreed upon, taking place within one year from the date of cancellation.
3. Event Postponement by Inforledge:
• If Inforledge postpones an event and the participant is unable or unwilling to attend on the rescheduled date, a 100% credit of the contract fee will be provided.
• The credit can be used for another Inforledge event to be mutually agreed upon, taking place within one year from the date of postponement.
4. Force Majeure:
• Inforledge Learning & Development is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from substitutions, alterations, or cancellation/postponement of an event due to unforeseen events, Acts of God, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
• In such cases, participants will be eligible for the applicable credit outlined in points 2 and 3 above.
5. No Show Policy:
• If a participant fails to attend the conference without prior written notification, no credit or refund will be issued.
6. Refunds:
• Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within five to seven (5-7) working days from the date of cancellation confirmation and credited to the payment source account.
7. Modification of Policy:
• Inforledge reserves the right to modify this cancellation and refund policy as needed.
• Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
